1. TEMPLATE ONE TIME USAGE LICENSE
You are granted a One Time Usage License on purchasing a website template at a non-unique price. It enables you to use each template on a single website only, belonging either to you or your client. You have to purchase the same template again if you are to use the same design in connection with another project.
2. EXTENSION DEVELOPERS LICENSE
You are granted non-exclusive permission to use purchased extensions on any number of projects belonging to you or your client.
3. UNAUTHORIZED USE
You are not allowed to place any of our products, modified or unmodified on a CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
4. REFUND POLICY
Since Dapsonishmeal Web Hub is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on our site.
5. OWNERSHIP
You cannot claim intellectual property rights or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
6. REGISTRATION/PURCHASE
Purchasing from the Site may optionally require you to register. If registration is performed, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete registration and/or purchase information. Your registration must be done using accurate information. Each registration is for your personal use only. We do not permit:
a. any other person using the registered sections under your name; or
b. access through a single name being made available to multiple users on a network. You are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use.

All imagery, clipart, fonts, and video footage are sourced from copyright free, open source or Creative Commons CC0 websites unless where noted. As we strive to make sure all content are free to use in personal and commercial projects, please make sure to read the 'permitted use' or 'license' on anything you intend on using to make sure their terms and conditions regarding the use of the content has not changed. Dapsonishmeal Web Hub will not be held liable for any use of content from any 3rd party websites. It is our suggestion that you replace all images, clipart, and video footage with your own.
8. ERRORS, CORRECTIONS & CHANGES
We do not represent or warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Site will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable. We may make to the features, functionality or content of the Site at any time. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content.
